Rooftop Film Marrakech is a bold initiative by Arab Media Lab, redefining cinema nights in Morocco and the region. Our mission is to transform evenings at the movies into unforgettable social and cinematic gatherings—where storytelling, community, and atmosphere blend under the glowing sunset of Marrakech.
We celebrate fresh and original voices in cinema, screening independent films, creative documentaries, alternative narratives, animation, and timeless classics—all in the open air, surrounded by the magical energy of the Red City.
We stand for social cinema because it’s the cinema of the future: inclusive, warm, and vibrant, just like our culture and the rich colors of Morocco.

Rooftop Film Marrakech est une initiative audacieuse de l’Arab Media Lab qui réinvente les soirées cinéma au Maroc et dans la région. Notre mission : transformer les projections en plein air en véritables rendez-vous cinématographiques et sociaux inoubliables — où narration, communauté et atmosphère se mêlent sous les couleurs dorées du coucher de soleil Marrakchi.
Nous célébrons les voix nouvelles et originales du cinéma, en diffusant des films indépendants, documentaires créatifs, récits alternatifs, films d’animation ainsi que des classiques intemporels — le tout dans une ambiance unique, à ciel ouvert, au cœur de la ville rouge.
Nous défendons le cinéma social, car il représente l’avenir : un cinéma inclusif, chaleureux et vibrant, à l’image de notre culture et des couleurs du Maroc.

سينما تحت النجوم، وحكايات في الهواء
"Rooftop Films Marrakech" هو مشروع جريء من Arab Media Lab يعيد ابتكار ليالي السينما في المغرب والمنطقة. مهمتنا هي تحويل عروض الأفلام إلى لحظات اجتماعية وسينمائية لا تُنسى، حيث تلتقي الحكايات بالناس في أجواء ساحرة تحت ألوان الغروب في مدينة مراكش.
نحتفي بالأصوات الجديدة والأصلية في عالم السينما، من خلال عروض الأفلام المستقلة، الوثائقيات الإبداعية، السينما البديلة، الرسوم المتحركة، إلى جانب الأعمال الكلاسيكية الخالدة — وذلك في فضاء مفتوح نابض بالحياة وسط مدينة مراكش الحمراء.
نحن نؤمن بالسينما الاجتماعية، لأنها سينما المستقبل: سينما دافئة، شاملة، ومليئة بالألوان تمامًا كثقافتنا وألوان المغرب.
